Instructional Design

I develop accessible training materials for a variety of functions, including systems navigation, operations, role-specific, and industry best practices. For example, I created Camtasia templates and themes for instructional videos, and as the end of the project approached, I developed an instructional support manual for knowledge transfer. 

User Guides and Job Aids

I have extensive experience developing user guides, manuals, QRGs, job aids, and other training documents to support learner activities and on-the-job performance. My approach focuses on quickly and thoroughly learning the system as possible, identifying opportunities to streamline training, optimizing workflows for efficient UX navigation, and using mental scaffolding to support smoother implementation.

Guided Instructional Videos and VILTs 

End-to-end development of training videos and presentations, including planning, storyboarding, building content in an authoring tool, and exporting SCORM packages for LMS deployment. My experience with authoring tools includes Camtasia, Articulate, Adobe Premiere Pro, Blackboard Video Studio, Apple iMovie, and Final Cut Pro.
