I created this PDF document from the Client's training presentation. Before exporting the presentation, I made the presentation accessible by:
Validated objcts in the selection pane and the reading order for accuracy,
Added alt text to non-decorative graphics, and
Applied correct formatting to Master slides.
First, I began remediating the document by walking the tag tree and resolving accessibility issues. I then used Adobe Acrobat Pro Accessibility Checker to identify any remaining issues. This was the final product.
This audit is of a training instructional video. I reviewed the video three times, each after the training developer made updates according to my findings and recommendations. I used color coding to identify when the accessibility issue is resolved. My audits are aligned to WCAG 2.2 standards and offers recommendations on how to resolve the accessibility issue.
